I, (Your Name) , was a student of B.Tech(CS) from Dept. of Computer Science Engineering from XXXXXXXX College during the year 2006-2010 having Enrollment No: XXXXXXXXXXX and Roll No: XXXXXXXX I appeared for First year (Back) EXAM – 2010 which was conducted by RTU.
In reference to the above captioned subject it is humbly submitted that I am waiting from past 14 months for First year Annual Back Exam- 2011.From Last 14 month no announcement have done by you regarding examination date for First year -2011. I am willing to get admissions for further studies but due to delay in degree I am not able to appear in any entrance exams. Other than this, if I choose any job offer, they are asking for my engineering degree which is delayed due Examination is not conducted on time.
Particulars of information required:
1.) Daily progress made on my application till date of your reply.
2.) Please permit me or my father inspect my answer sheet as well other relevant record and also provide me certified copies of answer sheets pertaining to the following subjects:

6..)Please let me know till when First year Back Exam -2011 results will be declared after Examination.
7.)Please provide me reason for not giving me Reply of my letter written by my father again for two times dated 14 July 2011 and 12 August 2011.I am Enclosuring the letters.
8.) Please rush the information to me by Speed / Registered Post.
